BHD (701223-X) with address at No 47-2, Second Floor, Wisma IMG, Jalan 3/76D, Desa Pandan, 55100 Kuala Lumpur was incorporated in April 2005 to suit the present and future services encompassing property consultancy, facilities and project management within Malaysia and Asia Pacific Region. Since then, IMG has been actively involved in the valuation, real estate agency, auction and project management services.
IMG is a fusion of young energetic entrepreneurs with innovative ideas taking full advantage of excellent economic climate in general as well as new business avenues brought about by the Government in pursuit of Malaysia Vision 2020. Operating principally from its headquarters in Kuala Lumpur, it does not restrict its operation in Klang Valley but also has successfully undertaken projects in other states throughout Malaysia such as Penang, Johor, Perak and Terengganu.
We are a registered and licenced property consultant certified by the Ministry of Finance and Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia. The company is also registered with Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, Malaysian Institute of Estate Agent Malaysia, Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur (DBKL) and CELCOM. We are also have been involved in property auction activities and hold an auction licensed for the state of Penang and forthcoming Kuala Lumpur Territory. Currently we are planning to obtain more auction licensing from other states within West Malaysia.
